Piedmont Lakes is a desirable, stable neighborhood, situated around four lakes Lake Jackson, Lake McDade, Lake Piedmont and Lake Blue. The community is “deed-restricted” and has an active homeowners association, whose purpose and goal is to maintain the unique charm and natural ambience of the neighborhood, and protect property values.
This site was established to open lines of communication and keep everyone informed of the latest “happenings” and upcoming events in Piedmont Lakes, from association meetings to social events. In the past, community events have included: neighborhood garage sales in the spring and fall, movie nights at the pool, the “spring fling,” fall picnic, etc. Pictures from the Spring Fling 2006 can be viewed by clicking the Previous Events link on the left side of this screen. There are numerous times when volunteers are needed, so if you would like to volunteer for an upcoming event, send an e-mail to the Board that includes your name, address, phone number and e-mail address and let them know what you would like to do.
The Board invites you to become involved in your association and welcomes your comments and input to make Piedmont Lakes a great place to live. Board of Directors meetings are generally held the third Thursday of each month. For exact time, date and location, click on the Calendar link. A list of the current Board Members and Officers can be viewed by clicking the Board Members link. There are numerous time when volunteers are needed.
Keeping a community of 429 homes with two entrances, a pool and cabana, tennis courts, “tot lot” and acres of common area including four lakes in good repair and looking good does not happen on its own. Handling the daily affairs of our community is a huge task, and Premier Community Managers, Inc. does a top-notch job. If you see something that needs attention, contact Premier at (407) 696-5700.
You are invited and encouraged to visit this site frequently so you and your family do not miss out on important information, fun events, opportunities to meet other families in the neighborhood and community interaction.
