Architechural Committee

As we all know, Piedmont Lakes is a deed restricted community and we all need to do our part to abide by the restrictions to enhance our property values.  One of the restrictions is 'no changes can be made to the exterior of our homes without first submitting an Architectural Review application to the committee for their review'.  Then, if the Architectural committee approves the changes we can proceed with the work.  Anyone proceeding with the work prior to receiving formal approval is not only in violation of the restrictive covenants but if the change(s) are not approved you will be required to put your home back to the condition prior to making the changes.  That can be very expensive not to mention the trouble and it all could have been avoided by completing the form and being patient to wait for an answer from the committee.  The committee has a time limit of thirty (30) days from the time your application is received to render a decision so proper planning on your part can save you time, money and a ton of inconvenience.

To obtain a blank application, you can secure that from the community web site in the Documents pag OR you can call Premier Community Managers (407) 696-5700) -- they will be happy to send it to you via email or regular mail or fax.  Once you complete the form, you return that along with all the required accompanying information to Premier Community Managers who in turn send it to the Architectural committee members who will soon meet and make a decision.  As soon as a decision is made, one of the committee members will call you to notify you of their decision.

The Board of Directors looks forward to everyone’s cooperation with these procedures.
