Premier Community Managers is a locally owned and operated property management company with its headquarters office at 5151 Adanson Street, Suite 103 in Orlando, located just off Lee Road. We manage strictly homeowner and condominium associations and currently have clients in Orange, Seminole, Lake, Polk, Leon and Osceola County.
Premier is a full service company and provide all administrative and accounting and onsite staffing assistance to any community needing our services. Our properties managers visit each community we manage on a weekly basis for the purpose of meeting with owners, conducting inspections of the common areas, enforcement of the deed restrictions and coordinating with vendors to assist with upkeep of the community amenities. We also have our own maintenance personnel for small handyman type jobs or other functions where it would be inconvenient or just too expensive for the association to find workmen. Soon, Premier will be branching into other areas for the communities we manage. Those other services will include landscaping, irrigation maintenance, mulch and general handyman duties for any owner living in the community we manage. An owner will be able to contact us for any need they may have in the upkeep of their home and we will be able to direct them to qualified vendors for that work if we cannot handle it in-house.
Premier is proud to partner with the Piedmont Lakes Homeowners Association Board of Directors and other volunteer committees within the community to help make Piedmont a nice place to call home.
